800型多功能樹枝粉碎機(jī)工作原理：本機(jī)采用自吸式喂料，通過引風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)力把物料吸入粉碎室，物料經(jīng)由電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)主軸上的刀片進(jìn)行切屑粉碎(此機(jī)共有三個(gè)粉碎室分別為：粗碎、中碎和細(xì)碎，提高了物料粉碎的廣度及成品粒度的均勻度)，粉碎后的物料由引風(fēng)機(jī)引入風(fēng)力輸送，在物料吸入風(fēng)力輸送的過程中進(jìn)行高速撞擊粉碎，物料經(jīng)輸送管道進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離器進(jìn)行分離后將合格產(chǎn)品排出、收集
800型多功能樹枝粉碎機(jī)可以一次性的將木材、樹干、樹枝、秸稈、竹竿、木塊、小樹枝、樹葉、樹皮、竹枝、竹葉、飼料、化工原料等物料粉碎成木屑或鋸末狀物料，粉碎后的物料廣泛的用在了鋸末板、刨花板、纖維板、造紙制漿、機(jī)制木炭原料、園林有機(jī)肥料等，很適合中小型企業(yè)或個(gè)人木材經(jīng)營者。
800型多功能樹枝粉碎機(jī)采用刀片切割和高速氣流沖擊，碰撞雙重粉碎功能于一體，并能同時(shí)完成微料分選加工工序。在刀片切割粉碎過程中，轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生高速氣流，隨刀片切割方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料在氣流中加速，并反復(fù)沖擊使物料同時(shí)受到雙重粉碎，加速物料的粉碎率。
800型多功能樹枝粉碎機(jī)主要由機(jī)架,外殼,轉(zhuǎn)軸,錘片,篩網(wǎng),襯板,引風(fēng)機(jī),底座,皮帶輪等組成,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,布局合理,維修也方便；易損件主要由錘片,篩網(wǎng),軸承,三角帶等；正常機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)4個(gè)小時(shí)后軸承要加注黃油,以防軸承發(fā)熱,損壞
